Our mission is to build products that defy expectations, beginning with finding people of all backgrounds. We think practicing inclusion is just the right thing to do. We fully embrace every individual, all of their differences- so that they have the tools and conditions to do great work and unleash their greatest ideas.

We’re building a cosmic workforce where we fully embrace every individual, all of their differences, and the collective artistry they offer — so that they have the tools and conditions to do great work and unleash their greatest ideas. Our diverse team spans across many states and geographic regions!
ERGs
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary & employee-led, focused on spreading awareness and fostering Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Mercury. The goal is to provide support based on shared, immutable characteristics or life experiences; and to create a safe space to share experiences, knowledge, and ideas.

SOMOS is focused on celebrating the diversity of Latiné & Hispanic Mercurians and expanding their influence and contributions across Mercury and the fintech space as a whole.

Caregivers-at-Mercury’s mission is to support caretakers’ and parents’ mental health, wellbeing, and success while providing a brave space to share ideas, resources, and concerns.

Chronic Connect’s mission is to build and foster a company culture and work environment that supports employees of all ability levels, including chronics and those that identify as caregivers, as they build their careers at Mercury.

Diaspor-Asia
The mission of the diasporAsia ERG is to create a safe space to explore the diverse cultural identities of Mercurians who identify as a byproduct of the Asian Diaspora.

Pride is for all LGBTQIA+ individuals, focused on providing community and celebrating all identities within the LGBTQIA+ community.

Create a safe space for neurodivergent people where traditionally neurodivergence is stigmatized in a professional work setting

Shalom is a safe space for Mercurians to explore and connect with Jewish cultural and intersectional identity regardless of religious or cultural affiliation.

Women of Mercury's mission is to build an inclusive and safe community for all women, discuss and connect over a variety of issues women face, and provide tools and resources for women to succeed in and out of the workplace.

Eclectic Resumes
To support those who came to the tech industry from non-traditional professional and/or educational backgrounds, by providing community, education, and mentorship.

As a member of the Pride ERG and a Lead for the SOMOS Hispanic and Latiné ERG, I’ve had ample opportunity to observe how commited Mercury is to supporting its employees belonging to marginalized groups. More importantly, I’ve had first-hand experience with Mercury’s openness to welcoming new ideas that help create an environment that is actively inclusive.
It has been fascinating to watch Mercury grow into its DEIB initiatives, taking cues and actioning change directly from feedback given by the team. Leadership has created a culture of transparency, where feedback and pushback specific to DEIB and inclusion are welcomed and respected. As both a Latino and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, knowing that I can speak candidly about my concerns pertaining to my communities - and that these concerns will be actively heard - is paramount to both my comfort and my sense of belonging.
