  • Insurance Offerings

    Several plan offerings (including a free + 95% employer covered option) pending your needs! Our insurance offerings include medical, dental + vision and are eligible for dependents, too! For dependents, we also cover up to 95% of the cost, depending on the plan chosen.

  • Custom Equipment Setup

    To ensure you’re setup for success we’ll provide you a one time remote office setup budget of $600, as well as a custom equipment setup that includes: laptop, monitor, headphones, keyboard, mouse, adapters, hubs, cables, monitor arms, laptop stand, webcam, support headset, etc.

  • Commuter Benefits

    You can enroll in our commuter benefit in which you’ll be provided a card through Wex, our pre-tax spending vendor.

    Mercury will provide up to the first $200 a month.

  • Unlimited PTO

    We mean it when we say we have an unlimited PTO policy. We also have a mandatory minimum to ensure our team really takes the time to recharge!

    Minimum: 10 days

    Recommended: 20 days

    Separately, we have another 11 holidays we recognize that our entire team is offline!

  • Paid Parental Leave

    For our Parental Leave Policy, we provide: 16 weeks fully paid for birthing caregivers OR 12 weeks fully paid for non-birthing caregivers.

    Employees can decide if they want to take the weeks consecutively or if they’d prefer to break their leave up over a 12 month period.

    We partner with Cocoon to make the leave process as seamless as possible!

  • Inclusive fertility, hormonal health, and family-forming benefits through Carrot Fertility

    Carrot is a family forming benefits vendor that provides support for all family forming journeys. This includes egg retrieval/freezing, adoption/surrogacy, birth/post birth support, menopause, and gender affirming care.

    Carrot is available to all full time employees and their dependents. Mercury provides $10,000 USD (lifetime contribution, not annual) to help pay for eligible care and services for you and your dependents.

    Each week, Mercury employees can use their Mercury card up to $100 a week on groceries or meals (takeout/delivery, coffee, etc.)

  • Learning and Development Budget

    $1,000/year to spend on learning, training, and career development.
